Item Diseño de una secuencia didáctica de las áreas de ciencias sociales, ciencias naturales e inglés mediante el uso de la música para niños de tercero de primaria de la Institución Educativa Francisco de Asís(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024-08-14) Montaño Ocoro, Angie Paola; Hinestroza Torres, Hilary; Aristizabal Herrera, Javier Alejandro; Lenis Ledesma, Lilibeth (Directora)In this article we will explore the relationship between music and teaching in Institución Educativa Francisco de Asís in Cali. Music, as a didactic tool, enriches the learning process, especially in elementary education. We consider music to be a cross resource which improves learning in the fields of English, Social Science, and Natural Science. Our objective is for teachers to use this tool in the classroom in order to provide an enriching educational experience, and to develop abilities both in teachers as well as students. Furthermore, the study plan included herein is composed of an introduction to interdisciplinary subjects, an exploration of natural sciences via art, and a second exploration of cultures through history and geography. The evaluation portion includes continuous overseeing of artistic activities, formative evaluation of participation, and the self-evaluation through daily learning.
