For the present investigation, the following problem question was started: How was the informative treatment of the subject of the 2018 presidential campaigns in Colombia, of the candidates Gustavo Petro and Iván Duque, in the digital media Las 2 Orillas? Whose answers were obtained from a bibliographic search and theoretical contributions based on concepts such as: agenda setting and discourse analysis
