Análisis de la ilicitud disciplinaria en los contratos estatales de prestación de servicios en Colombia

This Article aims to carry out an investigative and analytical review against disciplinary illicit contracts in the provision of services, initially identifying the type of general contracting and the situations that can be seen by public servants who perform the functions of creation, execution in Contractual matter of the State and the imputation made by the disciplinary operator against this act of the public servant. From this, an analysis will be made of the latest regulations in force in the disciplinary and contractual matters of the State, which develop a legal link for the prevention and sanction of disciplinary actions of public servants, observing the duties, prohibitions, inabilities and incompatibilities in contractual matter, also distinction is made on service provision contracts and management support evidencing how the sanctioning power works
