Item Laparoscopia con sistema óptico 3d un enfoque innovador para cirugía urológica: Una revisión bibliográfica(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Ibáñez Benítez, Danna Valentina; Miranda Labrada, María Camila; Muñoz Imbachi, Ángela PaolaIntroduction: The innovation in surgery has brought benefits to both surgeons and patients. The three-dimensional system offers enhanced visualization in third dimension through special glasses. This technology has demonstrated significant advantages and improved outcomes in surgery. Objective: Analyzing the use of laparoscopy with a 3D optical system in urology. Materials and methods: A search was carried out for scientific and endorsed articles published in the last 5 years, in the following databases: Google Scholar repository (n=6), Pubmed (n=28), Scielo (n=1), ScienceDirect (n=2), Springer (n=3), Clarivate (n=1), Sage journals (n=3), BMC (n=2), Scopus (n=3), journal of endourology (n=1) , obtaining a total of 67 studies that, taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 50 articles were included for the realization of this bibliographic review. Results: The 3D optical system in urological laparoscopy offers advantages in surgical performance, visual comfort, image quality, and three-dimensional observation. Its use has shown good results in various urological procedures. Furthermore, it has demonstrated efficacy in reducing surgical time, blood loss, and improving postoperative outcomes. Conclusion: The implementation of laparoscopy with 3D vision in urological procedures has made it possible to obtain great benefits both intraoperatively and postoperatively, ranging from reducing the stress of the specialist to reducing postoperative risks, providing patient safety
