Tour virtual 360° Como herramienta de comunicación y difusión en la educación para la universidad Santiago de Cali.

The usefulness of the implementation of Tour 360° to improve the interaction between students, or applicants, and universities has been a widely researched topic, both nationally and internationally, since many institutions of this type are implementing this model. In view of this, this research proposed to investigate the usefulness of this tool to facilitate communication and educational processes for students of the Universidad Santiago de Cali, applying it in a tour of the laboratories available at the headquarters of "Panpalinda". For this purpose, the 360° tour was structured in the engineering laboratories and used, as methodological tools, the bibliographic review and the survey in the acquisition of the necessary information. Thus, the main conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the 360° tour represents benefits in terms of communication, given its interactivity, while facilitating the educational processes of many people who cannot travel to the facilities for various reasons.
