This solution arises in response to the need to improve administrative processes, which were carried out manually, causing increases in costs and time, to the detriment of the quality of customer service. The developed application allows the management and optimization of the appointment processes in an oral health entity, such as assignment, cancellation and confirmation of appointments. For the construction of the application, the IONIC framework was used, which provides tools and services to develop hybrid mobile applications using Web technologies such as CSS, HTML5 and JAVASCRIPT. The development methodology used was Mobile-D. It was found that the selection of the Mobile-D Methodology with its various phases (exploration, initialization, product phase, stabilization phase and testing phase) was the most appropriate for the successful completion of the application. This satisfactorily met the objectives set out in the project and the client's requirements. The tests with the “Agéndate” mobile application showed that it was possible to optimize in an effective way the management of the appointment processes in an oral health entityItem Implementación de programas de producción más limpia en restaurantes de Santiago de Cali(Universidad Santiago de cali, 2014-03-10) Cerón Espinosa, Juan Carlos; Rojas Montes, Javier SalvadorLa investigación que soporta este documento tuvo como objetivo conocer el estado de la implementación del concepto de Producción más Limpia en restaurantes de Santiago de Cali; en ese proceso, exploró el nivel de conocimiento y la aplicación de la normatividad asociada con los negocios que prepararan alimentos (Decreto 3075 de 1997), e identificó los procesos técnico-educacionales que se realizan en la preparación de alimentos y el nivel de conocimiento y su aplicación frente a los aspectos ambientales asociados. Los métodos utilizados fueron el deductivo y el analítico, la información se recolectó a través de una encuesta. Como resultado, es posible afirmar que el conocimiento frente al negocio es, en un alto porcentaje, empírico, y que la aplicación de las normas ambientales, en la mayor parte de los casos, es mínima.
