    Calidad y modelos integrados de Gestión de la Calidad

    The objective of this article is to make a bibliographic review based on the opinion of some authors and experts in the definition of quality and the different models of quality management, used in the different processes and organizations. These are implemented so make the organizations more competitive in the market and have a vision focused on continuous improvement by standardizing processes through Quality Management models. It was searched in the databases SCOPUS and SCIENCEDIRECT with the keywords: quality, management, quality management models and competitiveness. The main finding is that the implementation of each of these quality management models helps to be closer to customers, suppliers and businesses in general, providing better organizational results, as well as user satisfaction and loyalty.

    Clima organizacional como un factor clave para promover la productividad de las organizaciones

    The objective of this document is to address the impact that the organizational climate (CO) has on the growth and productivity of organizations. A bibliography review of documents is used; scientific and academic articles from databases such as Scielo, Sciendirect, Scopus, Elsevier, among others, using as keywords: organizational climate, productivity and evaluation of CO. The CO is present in all organizations, regardless of their economic or social nature, through factors that are perceived differently by employees, which shape the context where productive activity takes place. A rewarding CO favors productivity because it allows motivated and committed employees, which are located at the disposal of their abilities, knowledge and experience. On the contrary, a negative or conflicting CO entails problems such as the withdrawals or disengagement of personnel that have an effect on suspending or reducing the pace of productive activities.

    Diseño del plan estratégico para la clínica de la Empresa Sinergia Global para mejorar la oportunidad en la atención al usuario o paciente. Periodo 2020 - 2022

    The objective of this work is a strategic plan for the clinic of the company Sinergia Global to improve the opportunity in the attention to the user or the patient. A methodological level is described in a descriptive study, which refers to the different elements of the macro and micro environment of the company, the health sector, as well as the internal situation. Respect for results shows a series of opportunities derived from a greater coverage of the health system, which at the same time demands higher quality in the service offered. For its part, the clinic has capabilities such as personal commitment, experience in the market, duties, changes in the sector and the updating of processes, as well as the attention of users. Based on the above, it is included in the list of objectives such as increasing the average sales revenue of the year by 20%, increasing the number of affiliates per year by 20%, and increasing the number of medical services offered by 10%. , among others. To meet these objectives, you can find forms such as: expand the operational capacity of the IPS to meet the demand of patients, attracting consumers. that have increased the number of affiliates, establish a good governance program to maintain transparency in planning and management, design an investment program to adjust to market trends, increase capacity and face new competition, between others It was concluded that the improvement strategies are formulated in response to the weaknesses found in what is expected to affect the attention that the users and with them improve the agenda issue; Assignment, reprogramming and cancellation of appointments, in such a way that the issue of lost places is reduced. In the same way, these strategies are aimed at fostering efficiency in the institution, the adjustments in the manual of the functions and the procedures in which it is sought are adjusted to the reality that is lived, to the changes implemented in recent years as the system of information, the growing demand for services, and the quality standards that have been defined in Colombia have become a ministry of health.

    Impacto del ausentismo en las organizaciones en los países iberoamericanos

    Absenteeism is a situation that occurs frequently in all types of organizations, it is presented as an abandonment of assigned responsibilities and it is important not only to determine its causes but also to measure its occurrence and impact on the productivity and institution`s environment, whatever their nature, as well as the quality of life of the collaborators. The following article will deal with the impact of this problem on Ibero-American organizations. The objective of this study is to determine the factors, methodology and variables that influence absenteeism in Iberoamerica Organizations and their impact. For this, a search was made in the databases Scopus, Oxford, Science Direct, Taylor and Francis Group, of scientific articles published in the period between 2010-2020, obtaining a number of 35,687 articles, selecting 30 of these. It was found that there is a relationship between personal satisfaction and the rate of absenteeism in organizations, the causes are usually common musculoskeletal diseases, anxiety disorders and inadequate work environment. In some way, variables such as age, sex, family responsibilities and cultural factors also intervene. It should be noted that the effects on productivity and compliance with institutional objectives they are a common denominator.

    The Balanced Scorecard or Balanced Score Card is a management tool or methodology that allows the organization's strategy to be converted into operational objectives to enhance the achievement of results. The first step for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard is the preparation of the strategic map of the organization or the department, in order to establish, for each of the perspectives, the set of objectives that are really relevant to achieving the vision. The Balanced Scorecard focuses on different perspectives that allow organizations to improve the quality of their services: financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth, objectives, indicators and goals. This document is developed based on a functioning diagnosis of the Clínica Oftalmológica de Cali S.A. in order to apply the Balanced Scorecard seeking to improve the care of all its users through good organizational management of the company.

    Inteligencia emocional y liderazgo

    The purpose of this article is to carry out a bibliographic review of the influence that Emotional Intelligence has on the leadership that a person can possess. The leader develops the ability to intelligently manage his emotions, facilitating the relationship with his environment, which makes possible the achievement of objectives in professional, social and personal life. The methodology used was documentary research, which consisted of the review, reading, interpretation and analysis of 30 articles, contained in the databases for the ScienceDiret, Scopus and Gale research, which contained the words object of our study, “Intelligence Emotional ”,“ Leadership ”,“ Leader ”, on which summaries were made, giving them a priority so that these were the ones that provide the most relevant information according to the topic that needed to be expanded, which in this case is leadership and influence that Emotional Intelligence experts on it. After the analysis of the readings made, the following conclusions were reached: a) Emotional intelligence is the distinctive element of a leader, which ensures the good development of teamwork, conflict resolution and goal fulfillment, whether personal or personal. an organization, b) When talking about emotional intelligence frames a leader who has the ability to understand their emotions and those of others, c) The leader constantly exercises and applies his emotional skills in any environment of his life, d) Emotional intelligence fosters the development of creativity and the ability to innovate. This leads us to say that those leaders who are able to take charge of their emotions and place a compass on each one of them in order to deliver them in an appropriate manner, time and place are called to succeed and be an example to others.

    La importancia de la innovación en las pequeñas y medianas empresas

    This research article on the importance of innovation in small and medium enterprises is intended to review the literature of articles that address this issue, it is relevant to keep in mind that innovation is a process and not an end result. A search was performed on the Scopus, Scienciedirect, Taylor and Francis Group databases from 2014 to 2019 and 30 references were obtained. In which it was found that small and medium enterprises at the time of developing an innovation process, the main factors that take into account are the analysis of the environment, the benefits or profits obtained and other elements such as the analysis of affectation and creation of value for the different interest groups, the protection of innovation and the role of the different actors that participate in the process. In conclusion, it was obtained that in order to develop an innovation process, a good organizational climate must exist in the organization in all functional areas. As a result of a culture of innovation.

    Liderazgo en los diferentes contextos organizacionales

    In organizations it is important to recognize and identify the type of leadership, which has been implemented through their managers, so that in this way they can direct change processes and in the same way influence the desired behavior in employees to achieve expected transformations within the company. The objective of the following article is to conduct a literature review to identify the different approaches to leadership in organizations. An investigation was carried out, which consisted of collecting information through scientific databases, using keywords such as: leadership, organization and direction. Thus obtaining various articles, of which thirty were selected. Evidence of different findings regarding characteristics and types of leadership, resulting in leadership in organizations is essential, since it influences the performance of employees, concluding that there are at least two types of transcendental leadership that managers incorporate depending on the organizational needs.

    Liderazgo: definiciones y estilos

    The purpose of this bibliographic review article is to identify the most relevant definitions and leadership styles, published in scientific journals between 2010 and 2020. This research was carried out by extracting articles from indexed journals from the database such as: Scopus, Sciencedirect, Springer, using the keywords: leadership styles, leadership, characteristics of leaders, definitions of leadership and definition of leadership styles. A documentary analysis of 30 of these articles was carried out, which yielded highly relevant information with which the written document was prepared. It was found that throughout history different definitions of leadership and leadership styles have emerged and that there is currently a tendency of organizations towards the search for ideal leadership, which is appropriate to the cultural and demographic setting and environment, taking into account it has certain general peculiarities in the leadership actors. We also identify that the authors have modified and adapted these leadership concepts and leadership styles, with which it is concluded that knowing these theoretical concepts allows leaders to perform better in a practical and successful way in the development of different roles in world contexts.     Law 2166 of 2021, which regulates the operation of communal organizations in Colombia, in its article 47, provides that the Strategic Plans for Communal Development built by said organizations must be articulated with the Development Plans of the Territorial Entities, and for such purposes, it provides guidelines for this mandate to be fulfilled. The purpose of this research is to design a methodology for the communal organizations of the District of Santiago de Cali, which effectively articulates the strategic plans for community development with the district development plan.

    Planificación estratégica aplicada a pequeñas y mediana empresas

    The objective of this article is to carry out a bibliographic review on the different definitions and methodologies of strategic planning applied to small and medium-sized companies and how they are related. For the development of this work, a search for articles was carried out in databases such as Scopus, Science direct and others with the following keywords: planning, strategies, SMEs, methods. 30 articles published between 2010 and 2020 were selected. They were studied and allowed to have information on the progress of strategic planning in small and medium-sized companies as a means to achieve the proposed objectives, visualize their future and structure their processes, connecting the external factors with internal ones. This allows us to conclude that every company, no matter how small or medium, must apply a strategic planning methodology, since it is vitally important to have a direction to continuously develop factors for competitiveness, which are both differentiating and giving a strategic advantage to be successful in the market. This being the final result in accordance with the guidelines that correspond to the objectives and expectations of the organization.

    Revisión bibliográfica sobre el talento humano

    This organization based research article aims to review bibliographic articles on the human talent of various authors, where they expose their ideas and related concepts such as: training and development, human capital and skills. This bibliographic review allows the reader to analyze the competences of the collaborators as a fundamental factor in the development of organizations, where they allow the performance and expected results of the individuals through the appropriate use of the tools, with the possibility of selection of qualified personnel to exercise the necessary control in achieving the goals set. As part of the methodology, 30 academic articles from different databases such as ScientDirect, Scopus and Sage Journals were selected. A database was created with the themes of each of these articles in chronological order, authors, titles, brief description, summary and conclusion. Which allowed to extract the key points related to the human resource and what supported the development of this research. With the findings found, relevant information was obtained so that organizations have an existing and direct relationship with employees; because they are the ones that develop through a good management of both internal and external processes and the adequate management of the information for a correct decision making. It is concluded that organizations must make an internal review of the area of human management, for the continuous improvement of the skills and abilities of the people who are part of the organization. Making this a valuable resource for achieving business objectives.
