The different types of risks are the greatest threat faced by dental personnel, including assistants, hygienists, dental mechanics and dentists. Complying with biosafety standards greatly helps to counteract biological risk factors. physical and chemical, so it is necessary that personnel who new to work in a company, clinic or entity be trained on infectious and contagious pathologies, how to prevent them and what to do in case of exposure in their work area. Montoya, C (2019) It is worth mentioning that the dental mechanic is a key player in carrying out oral rehabilitation treatments in the dental office; communication between the dentist and mechanic must be clear, continuous and precise to achieve orders with appropriate materials. and correctly prepared, the dental mechanic must always take into account when working the impression material, the interocclusal registration material, the carving, the color, the seating of the prosthesis, anatomical and morphological details and, very importantly, the protocols of the time of receiving and delivering orders.
