Item Análisis del impacto de la práctica del futbol sobre el bienestar emocional en mujeres adultas(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024) Velásquez López, Mariana; Agudelo López, Santiago; Gracia Córdoba, Andrés Felipe; Rivera Hurtado, Ferney (Director)The emotional well-being of adult women who practice soccer has been the subject of several research studies, revealing multiple benefits associated with this activity. The regular practice of soccer is linked to the reduction of stress and anxiety, promoting a state of relaxation in the short term and contributing to a better quality of life. In addition, it stimulates emotional intelligence, increasing creativity, memory and concentration capacity, as well as the ability to solve problems. The objective of this article is to analyze the impact of soccer practice on emotional well-being in adult women, as well as the factors that make up this impact. To do so, the topic will be approached by analyzing each component, starting with the concept of emotional well-being, and then addressing the relationship between well-being and sport in general, well-being and soccer and ending with well-being and women's soccer. In addition, female soccer players develop better time management, balancing their sporting commitments with their personal, academic and professional responsibilities. This ability to 5 organize and plan reduces stress and increases productivity, contributing to an overall sense of well-being and fulfillment. In conclusion, the practice of soccer has a beneficial impact on the emotional well-being of adult women. Not only does it improve their mental and physical health, but it also contributes to their integral development, strengthening their self-esteem and time management skills, resulting in a better quality of life.
