Focus that was used is investigative with the objective to offer enough information allow answer at the questions: ¿What is it? ¿What is it for? ¿What are the types of? ¿What are the levels of? Help Desk. As a result, it is expected that readers understand adequately because it’s important the use of this service in the companies that encourage technological equipment for their activities, objectives and processes. The investigation allowed to conclude that this service can be complex for people who work in this type of position since it requires a lot of discipline, knowledge, curiosity with new topics and very good communication with the final users, it is beneficial for all mainly those companies that are responsible for providing support from the part of I.T.
