As environmental contamination grows there's been several meetings, conferences and agreements worldwide whose objective is to take care of the environmental's well being similarly, business environmental management has developed. This set of processes oriented towards improving the environmental performance of an organization have evolved through time encompassing different tools that allows the companies to reduce their negative impact on the environment while improving their yield and optimizing their processes. In Colombia, many organizations have stand out for successfully applying business environmental management in their company but is important to socialize both methods use and results so that this number keeps growing and companies all over the country are oriented towards a sustainable development.
