Objective: To establish the relationship between motor speech disorders and Parkinson's disease through a systematic review of bibliographic databases (Proquest, Sciencedirect, Scopus), between 1998 and 2018. Methods: In the research process, 21,700 articles were found, of which 100 were selected because they fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria, allowing to close the information to a more precise one about motor speech disorders in relation to Parkinson's disease. , 19 of the articles were found in the proquest database, 39 in scopus, and 42 in the science direct database, this information was tabulated in a reading form created by the researchers which favored the operationalization of the variables throwing accurate information that answered the question and objectives proposed. Results: the continents where more research has been carried out having as principal axis motor speech disorders secondary to Parkinson's disease were America and Europe, the type of study with which the information was corroborated was more correctly married and control and the years where research interest increased from 2013 to 2018, Parkinson's disease is a disease that affects both men and women in adulthood regardless of socioeconomic level or geographical location. Conclusion: speech motor alterations that are affected in Parkinson's disease are related to articulatory and prosodic aspects, which show the presence of hypokinetic dysarthria, presenting as a symptom and not as a diagnostic event.
