| dc.description | Objetivo: Identificar la calidad de vida del paciente con fistula enterocutanea FEC y/o ostomĂa del intestino delgado (ID) mediante la bĂşsqueda de artĂculos en base de datos cientĂficas entre el perĂodo 2016–2021. MetodologĂa: Se hizo revisiĂłn bibliográfica de diferentes autores sobre el tema que de cuatro fases: fase 1: selecciĂłn de artĂculos mediante la utilizaciĂłn de las palabras claves, posteriormente, lectura y resumen para la revisiĂłn de cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto, fase 2: lectura de los textos completos y consolidaciĂłn en el diagrama de flujo PRISMA (Gráfica 1); fase 3: se registra la informaciĂłn en una matriz, que cumplieran con las caracterĂsticas de: año, PaĂs, titulo, tipo de estudio y resultados, fase 4: se realizĂł evaluaciĂłn, análisis e interpretaciĂłn de los resultados. Resultados: Se identificĂł un total de 666 artĂculos, tras la eliminaciĂłn de los duplicados y realizar la elecciĂłn, quedan incluidos 47 artĂculos de los cuales se priorizaron 17 artĂculos; en relaciĂłn a los documentos encontrados su origen fue EE. UU, Ecuador, Paraguay, PerĂş, España, Venezuela, Chile y Colombia. DiscusiĂłn: en los Ăşltimos años el aumento de pacientes diagnosticados con FEC y/o ostomĂa del ID han ido en aumento, trayendo repercusiones tanto fĂsicas como emocionales que afectan no solo al paciente sino tambiĂ©n a su familia. Conclusiones: abordar desde la aplicaciĂłn de un proceso de enfermerĂa mecanismos de acciĂłn que permitan mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente con FEC y/o ostomĂa ID, incluyendo a su nĂşcleo familiar. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Objective: Objective: Identify the patient's quality life with enterocutaneous fistula CEF and/or small bowel ostomy (ID) by researching articles in scientific databases within the period 2016-2021. Methodology: A bibliographic review of different authors on the subject was carried out, which consisted in four phases: Phase 1: selection of articles through the use of keywords. Furthermore, reading and summary to review compliance with the proposed objective. Phase 2: reading of the full texts and consolidation in the PRISMA flow diagram (Graphic 1). Phase 3: the information is recorded in a matrix, which gather the characteristics of: year, country, title, study type and results. Phase 4: evaluation, analysis and interpretation of the carried out results. Results: A total of 666 articles were identified, among them, some duplicates were suppressed, 47 articles were added, which finally led to 17 prioritized articles. In relation to the documents found, their origin were the United States, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Spain, Venezuela, Chile and Colombia. Discussion: in the past years, the increasing of CSF diagnosed patients and/or ID ostomy has brought both physical and emotional repercussions that affect not only the patient but also its family. Conclusions: approach from the application of a nursing process mechanisms of action that allow improvement to the patients quality life with ECF and/or ID ostomy, including their family nucleus. | en_US |
