Abstract
At present, gender stereotypes have existed all the time in humanity, and have acquired meanings that are transmitted through the years by individuals. It is observed that there is an inequality of the genders in the social, economic and political institutions. The purpose of this paper is to describe the gender stereotypes and their relationship with the sexual health of young people. A narrative review of written literature was made in a time window from 2010 to 2019. The information that will be used for the development of this research will be obtained through the search of databases such as ScienceDirect, Dialnet, Redalyc as well as books , magazines and research conducted on the subject. It is concluded that gender stereotypes are a series of beliefs that are shaped by the sociocultural patterns reflected in the inconvenient handling of sexual behavior in young people. It is evident that men in the youth stage seek to form several relationships with different women, to obtain an acceptance before their social group, which makes the relationships of young people more vulnerable to sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancies. desired.

En la actualidad los estereotipos de género han existido todo el tiempo en la humanidad, y ha adquirido significados que son transmitidos a través de los años por los individuos. Se observa que hay un desigualdad de los géneros en el las instituciones sociales, económica y política. El propósito del presente trabajo es describir los estereotipos de género y su relación con la salud sexual de los jóvenes. Se llevó a cabo una revisión narrativa de la literatura escrita, en una ventana temporal del 2010 al 2019. La información que se empleará para el desarrollo de esta investigación se obtendrá a través de la búsqueda de bases de datos como, ScienceDirect, Dialnet, Redalyc así como libros, revistas e investigaciones realizadas sobre el tema.
Se concluye que, los estereotipos de género son una serie de creencias que son conformadas con los patrones socioculturales que se refleja en el manejo inconveniente de la conducta sexual en los jóvenes. Se evidencia que los hombres en la etapa de la juventud conforma varias relaciones con diferentes mujeres, para obtener una aceptación antes sus grupo social, el cual hace que las relaciones de los jóvenes sean más vulnerable a las enfermedades de transmisión sexual y/o embarazos no deseados.
