dc.description	Esta investigación tiene por objetivo analizar la influencia que tienen los determinantes sociales inmersos en la estructura social capitalista en relación a la responsabilización que se le atribuye al rol maternal en situaciones de Abuso Sexual Infantil (ASI). El tipo de investigación es análisis documental con enfoque cualitativo. El análisis se asienta en la lectura reflexiva de los expedientes de (ASI) que reposa en la Comisaría Quinta de Familia de Siloé, así como en la interpretación de los discursos planteados en la entrevista semiestructurada realizada a una madre que ha vivenciado dicha situación con sus hijos e hijas, los cuales sirvieron de soporte para esbozar el modo en cómo las relaciones sociales capitalistas determinan las características que debe tener el rol maternal en la sociedad. De esta manera, se resalta la importancia de hacer una reforma en la estructura social capitalista, que tenga como efecto la reconstrucción del rol de la mujer y la madre en la sociedad y por ende en su calidad de vida para ello se hace una aproximación desde el materialismo histórico-dialéctico y desde la perspectiva de género.
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of social determinants immersed in the capitalist social structure in relation to the responsibility attributed to the maternal role in situations of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA). The type of research is documentary analysis with a qualitative approach. The analysis is based on the reflective reading of the ASI files at the Fifth Family Police Station of Siloé, as well as on the interpretation of the discourses presented in the semi-structured interview with a mother who has experienced this situation with her sons and daughters, which served as support to outline the way in which capitalist social relations determine the characteristics that the maternal role should have in society. In this way, the importance of reforming the capitalist social structure is highlighted, which has as an effect the reconstruction of the role of women and mothers in society and therefore in their quality of life, for which an approach is made from the historical-dialectical materialism and from the gender perspective.
