| dc.description | La implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo es un tema de gran relevancia en la actualidad laboral del mundo y de Colombia. En el presente artículo se realizó la revisión documental de análisis y estudios de especialistas en el tema de seguridad social y ocupacional para determinar si la normatividad y las regulaciones que el Estado creó en la materia de prevención y seguridad laboral se ajustan a la realidad del sistema laboral colombiano. El análisis permitió concluir que en los años que lleva funcionando presenta vacíos normativos y de procedimiento que limitan la cobertura y el acceso de ciertos grupos poblacionales en el campo laboral. Además, falta ejercer mayor control por parte del estado a las empresas que administran el sistema de riesgos y se debe trabajar en un proceso de culturización de los empresarios para que identifiquen y reconozcan los beneficios de implementar este sistema dentro de sus organizaciones. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The implementation of the occupational health and safety management system is a topic of great relevance in the labor present of the world and Colombia. In this article, the documentary review of analyzes and studies of specialists in the field of social and occupational safety was carried out to determine if the normativity and regulations that the State created in the area of prevention and occupational safety conform to the reality of the system Colombian labor. The analysis allowed us to conclude that in the years that it has been operating it presents regulatory and procedural gaps that limit the coverage and access of certain population groups in the labor field.
