| dc.description | Esta investigaciĆ³n estuvo pensada y planteada para buscar e identificar las causas de la afectaciĆ³n que sienten los administradores de este rĆ©gimen respecto de su gestiĆ³n ya que se encontrĆ³ de forma generalizada muchas quejas entre esta poblaciĆ³n, por las presiones y el mal trato que reciben de residentes, consejeros y terceros que tienen algĆŗn tipo de relaciĆ³n asidua con este rĆ©gimen. De la relaciĆ³n profesional con ellos y de escucharlos quejarse constantemente acerca de mĆŗltiples limitaciones, tensiones y preocupaciones que les causa el dĆa a dĆa de su gestiĆ³n, se hizo necesario encontrar quĆ©, cĆ³mo y cuĆ”ndo aparecen estos estados o circunstancias que les generan bajas en su rendimiento y autoestima. Para poder llegar al fondo del tema, nos propusimos y nos esmeramos en propiciar a travĆ©s de las encuestas, un acercamiento que les generara confianza a esas personas para que de forma transparente pudieran decir sin tapujos o distorsiĆ³n por interpretaciĆ³n, las cosas que en su sentir tienen una importante interferencia en su desempeƱo y por lo tanto, les afecta su calidad de vida y sus resultados. El factor de mayor incidencia en el resultado de la gestiĆ³n de los administradores de la propiedad horizontal en Cali, estĆ” focalizado en la calidad de las relaciones interpersonales que ellos tienen con dichas comunidades por los niveles de desmotivaciĆ³n que se les produce en el desarrollo de las tareas de estos cuando son malas o descorteces. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research is designed and proposed to seek and identify the causes of the affectation felt by the administrators of this system with respect to their management, since many complaints have been found in a generalized way among this population, due to the pressures and bad treatment they receive from residents, counselors and third parties who have some kind of regular relationship with this system. From the professional relationship with them and from listening to them constantly complaining about multiple limitations, 2 tensions and worries caused by their day-to-day management, it became necessary to find out what, how and when these states or circumstances that generate low performance and self-esteem appear. In order to get to the bottom of the issue, we set out and made an effort to propitiate through the surveys, an approach that would generate confidence in these people so that they could say in a transparent way, without any concealment or distortion by interpretation, the things that they feel have an important interference in their performance and therefore, affect their quality of life and their results. The factor of greater incidence in the result of the management of the administrators of the horizontal property in Cali is focused on the quality of the interpersonal relations that they have with these communities by the levels of demotivation that is produced in the development of the tasks of these when they are bad or rude. | |
