El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la brecha salarial de género en el mercado laboral de Cali y su área metropolitana en el tercer trimestre 2021. Se hará uso de las bases de datos de la Gran Encuesta Integrada de Hogares (GEIH, 2021) donde implementará el modelo econométrico Blinder & Oaxaca (1973)
