Abstract
The objective of this work is to "Determine the different evaluation instruments related to Post Intensive Care Unit Syndrome and their applicability in the field of physiotherapy." Regarding the methodology, a scope review was carried out, the following terms were considered: “scale”, “measurement”, “instrument”, “rehabilitation” and “syndrome”, these were used in combination with the Boléan operators “AND”, “OR” and “NOT”. The information search was carried out in the databases Medline, Scopus, Scielo, Dialnet, Dspace, Elsevier and ScienceDirect, and other bibliographic resources such as Google Scholar. To obtain the results, a total of 530 articles and research works were identified. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 28 investigations were selected for the development of the work. It was observed that there are risk factors that, due to the severity of the diseases, increase the probability of "SPCI" once the patients are discharged, it was established that a safe strategy considered as a general standard in patient management critically ill, is defined as “The application of physical activity within the first two to three days at the onset of a serious illness or injury” in the ICU. The instruments used to evaluate the Post Intensive Care Unit Syndrome were identified, developing the most used ones according to the material consulted. Conclusion: it was evident that there are instruments used to measure the SPCI, according to the physical, cognitive and psychological aspects

El objetivo en este trabajo es el de “Determinar los diferentes instrumentos de evaluación relacionados con el Síndrome Post Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos y su aplicabilidad en el campo de la fisioterapia”. En cuanto a la metodología se llevó a cabo una revisión de alcance, se consideraron los siguientes términos: “escala”, “medición”, “instrumento”, “rehabilitación” y “síndrome”, estos se utilizaron en combinación con los operadores boléanos “AND”, “OR” y “NOT”. La búsqueda de la información se realizó en las bases de datos Medline, Scopus, Scielo, Dialnet, Dspace, Elsevier y ScienceDirect, y otros recursos bibliográficos como Google Académico. Para obtener los resultados, se identificaron un total de 530 artículos y trabajos de investigación, tras aplicar los criterios de inclusión y exclusión se seleccionaron 28 investigaciones para el desarrollo del trabajo. Se observó que existen factores de riesgo que, por virtud de la gravedad de las enfermedades, aumentan la probabilidad de “SPCI” una vez los pacientes son dados de alta, se estableció que una estrategia segura considerada como un estándar general en el manejo del paciente críticamente enfermo, se define como “La aplicación de actividad física dentro de los primeros dos a tres días en el inicio de una enfermedad o lesión grave” en la UCI. Se identificaron los instrumentos utilizados para evaluar el Síndrome Post Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos, desarrollando los más utilizados de acuerdo al material consultado. Conclusión: se evidenció que existen unos Instrumentos empleados para medir el SPCI, de acuerdo al aspecto físico, cognitivo y psicológico
