dc.description	La metodología Scrum permite la conformación de equipos ágiles que tiene como característica principal la autogestión, además de ser multifuncionales y trabajar en iteraciones. El presente artículo de revisión tiene como finalidad analizar la efectividad de uno de los roles más importantes en la metodología Scrum: El Product Owner, siendo este responsable del éxito del producto desde el punto de vista de los Stakeholders. Entre otras cosas, debe contar con las capacidades para determinar la visión y expectativas de los interesados, debe realizar la recolección de requerimientos y sobre todo priorizar continuamente al Backlog de requerimientos. Para comprender más a fondo sobre los factores que afectan la efectividad del rol de Product Owner se realizó una revisión de diferentes casos de estudio para comprender las generalidades de la metodología Scrum y en especial el rol de Product Owner.
dc.description.abstract	The Scrum methodology allows the formation of agile teams whose main characteristic is self-management, as well as being multifunctional and working in iterations. The purpose of this review article is to analyze the effectiveness of one of the most important roles in the Scrum methodology: The Product Owner, who is responsible for the success of the product from the Stakeholders' point of view. Among other things, it must have the capabilities to determine the vision and expectations of the interested parties, it must carry out the collection of requirements and, above all, continuously prioritize the Backlog of requirements. To further understand the factors that affect the effectiveness of the Product Owner role, a bibliographic review was carried out in different specialized databases to understand the generalities of the Scrum methodology and especially the Product Owner role.
