(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024) Agudelo Duarte, Javier Mauricio; Escalante Caicedo, Ana Bely (Directora)
Photogrammetry is the art of measuring photographs, and in recent years it has become very relevant in Engineering due to the saving and maximization of time when developing projects. One of the most important regions of the economy in the department of Meta and especially acacias, is the cultivation of palm that provides the country with products such as diesel oil and derivatives for national and international consumption, but at the cultivation level, diseases such as but rot. , lethal withers, surprise withers, Red ring. They are of vital importance and generate losses in production reaching almost 80% in attacked lots. Taking into account the aggressiveness of these diseases and their rapid development in the crop and in order to maximize time, photogrammetry with drones is used as a technological tool to detect symptoms in the physiology of the plant such as color and phyllotaxis of the leaves, In this way, we can save time in physical inspections plant by plant and be able to take early and effective measures to control these diseases

Photogrammetry with drones has become an essential tool in the construction industry, allowing for precise and consistent measurements. This article focuses on a comprehensive study that addresses the capture of photogrammetric data and its georeferencing in construction projects. Georeferencing is achieved through control points and positional quality validation, ensuring the accuracy of photogrammetric products. In this project, a total error of 2.13 cm was obtained in the checkpoint points, results that validate the reliability of drone photogrammetry in obtaining detailed information in the construction context. The comparison between the surface model obtained through photogrammetry with drones and ground measurements reveals a close match, supporting the robustness of the photogrammetric methodology. However, it is essential to recognize the limitations and inherent uncertainty in topographic measurements. The comparison of volumes calculated using photogrammetry with drones and conventional topography is also addressed, resulting in the cut volume, which is the difference between the cut and fill volumes, with a difference of 3,132 m3, representing 0.24% of the total volume. This demonstrates minimal differences and validates the reliability of photogrammetry in accurately capturing topographic changes in construction projects. In summary, this study underscores the importance of capturing photogrammetric data with drones and georeferencing in the construction industry. The results support the validity of this methodology in providing precise and consistent measurements, which are fundamental for decision-making and the success of construction projects. Drone photogrammetry emerges as a valuable and reliable tool in this context.

In the rural area of the Cali District, specifically in the municipality of Golondrinas, Hoyo Frío sector, situations arise that directly affect the community, one of these is mass movements. The existing information about the area, recorded in the Territorial Planning Plan, corresponds to the year 2014 in a generalized manner without considering the elements existing to the current date. Therefore, this study aims to carry out an inventory of elements that are likely to be affected by mass movements in the sector in question, taking advantage of the technological resource of remotely piloted unmanned aircraft or drones that allow autonomous flights to obtain corrected images, with which it is possible to identify and quantify elements of the territory that serve as input to carry out management in the territory. To achieve the above, an autonomous drone overflight mission was carried out in the previously identified area, establishing security measures for the operation. Subsequently, the images obtained were processed in software that allowed us to obtain products for analysis, such as digital models, both of terrain and elevation and the corrected or orthomosaic image. To analyze the information, the mentioned products were entered into geographic information systems software in which Gebel Edilberto Taba Morales. (2023) approximate measurements of areas susceptible to affectation were made using the photointerpretation technique and to facilitate the inventory, a supervised classification was carried out to estimate the number of constructions identified in the image. It was possible to obtain the number of buildings present in the area close to mass movement phenomena and a comparison was made with data from existing properties in which the changes currently identified were identified. In accordance with the above, it was possible to verify the advantages that come with the use of images obtained from drones, reducing the work time in the direct identification and on the ground of the probable areas in which constructions or infrastructure would be affected, providing supplies. that allows initiatives in order to reduce disasters or effects in a certain community.

Procedimiento de inspección de la escena del crimen mediante fotogrametría con drones en espacios abiertos
(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Gracia Velasquez, Eduar Rene; Cabezas Alzate, Diego Fernando (Director)
The technical inspection of the scene of the facts is a forensic scenario that represents great importance for the clarification of a punishable act; It occurs very often in cities such as Santiago de Cali, where we find a large number of criminal situations, currently caused by drug trafficking, being presented in risky environments. Reason why this article aims to create a procedure to perform the inspection of the crime scene by photogrammetry with drones in open spaces, obtaining detailed and georeferenced threedimensional reconstructions of the relevant elements of the scene, thus allowing greater and better obtaining and processing of photogrammetric data. An experimental methodology was applied in which aerial shots were taken with a drone brand DJI MAVIC PRO to a simulated scene that had a dumi and a series of evidences, which were later processed in the Agisoft Metashape program, to obtain a three-dimensional model of the place. The results show that through the use of these new technologies, high resolution images are obtained that, when processed by specialized programs, achieve a detailed three-dimensional representation, accurately locating each element in the scene. Therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of these aircraft has a positive influence on the procedure of Inspection at the Scene, contributing with technological advances to forensic sciences.
