Class II malocclusion is observed in a variety of dental and skeletal configurations, based on the anteroposterior position of the maxilla and mandible, the position of the maxillary and mandibular teeth, and the vertical pattern of Class II patients. Objective: To determine long-term findings using the Klammt Open Elastic Activator in a pediatric patient with skeletal Class II. Method: Case study; the population consisted of an 8-year-old female patient with skeletal Class II. Convenience sampling. Result: At the start of treatment, the patient was found to have a Class II molar relationship, manifesting in varying magnitudes. After one year of treatment, a neutrocclusion relationship was achieved on both the right and left sides of the patient, relative to the distoclusion. Conclusion: The Klammt elastic open activator is an effective method for the treatment of Class II division
