Item Fotogrametría aérea con drones aplicada al cálculo del volumen de relleno del suelo-nivel de la obra civil “bodegas de guásimos”, Candelaria, Valle del Cauca(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Ortiz Hernández, Daniel; Romero Guerrero, Diego Fernando; Cabezas Alzate, Diego Fernando (Director)Photogrammetry with drones has become an essential tool in the construction industry, allowing for precise and consistent measurements. This article focuses on a comprehensive study that addresses the capture of photogrammetric data and its georeferencing in construction projects. Georeferencing is achieved through control points and positional quality validation, ensuring the accuracy of photogrammetric products. In this project, a total error of 2.13 cm was obtained in the checkpoint points, results that validate the reliability of drone photogrammetry in obtaining detailed information in the construction context. The comparison between the surface model obtained through photogrammetry with drones and ground measurements reveals a close match, supporting the robustness of the photogrammetric methodology. However, it is essential to recognize the limitations and inherent uncertainty in topographic measurements. The comparison of volumes calculated using photogrammetry with drones and conventional topography is also addressed, resulting in the cut volume, which is the difference between the cut and fill volumes, with a difference of 3,132 m3, representing 0.24% of the total volume. This demonstrates minimal differences and validates the reliability of photogrammetry in accurately capturing topographic changes in construction projects. In summary, this study underscores the importance of capturing photogrammetric data with drones and georeferencing in the construction industry. The results support the validity of this methodology in providing precise and consistent measurements, which are fundamental for decision-making and the success of construction projects. Drone photogrammetry emerges as a valuable and reliable tool in this context.
