The labor jurisdictions in Colombia, contemplated in the legal framework of our country have undergone changes over the years, changes that although they generate legal actions that involve the employer, are not duly supported in the legal provisions that govern our system national legal, in that order of ideas the legislator has left gaps that are sometimes complemented by doctrine and jurisprudence. Fueros that present ambiguity, that is to say that they do not have antecedents within the judicial framework, it is necessary to analyze the current international and national trend, in which the creation and development of fueros as a defense mechanism of the worker is evidenced, thus taking a risky limit for the dynamism of Colombian organizations
