The objective of this research is to identify the advantages and innovative characteristics that SMEs present through agile methodologies that can help improve this aspect. Based on the above, the SCRUM methodology is studied within software development, as a tool that can help companies improve and promote digital transformation so that they can make their processes and services more efficient and efficient. innovative.
