Item Gestión de cambios en proyectos de software.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Sandoval Llantén, Jhon Fredy; Riascos Satizabal, Erick Mauricio; Ospina Lopez, OrlandoThe purpose of this article is to carry out a bibliographic review about change management as an essential part of a software project. Changes are spontaneous activities that can arise at any stage of the development of a project and can become a challenging process if it is not properly and appropriately managed for said requirement, often generating a risk that may jeopardize the integrity of the project. In terms of cost, time and functionality, it is therefore important to identify, determine, plan, implement and evaluate the different changes that can be surgical in the process. This allowing an organized process to be carried out, which guarantees the user the minimization of errors and the success of the project. In this article we have listed and compared some of the methodologies used today, from which we conclude that for success you need flexibility to change, fast decision making and an optimal communication channel.
