In Colombia, there is a unification in the regulation of Voluntary Pregnancy Intervention (IVE), which is why women under their power can decide what action to take in relation to the state of pregnancy, as long as their decision is within of the three circumstances explicit and authorized by judgment C 355 of 2006 of the Constitutional Court, in such a way that, under his free will, in favor of the fulfillment of his fundamental rights, the possibility of continuing or not with his pregnancy is determined.
