El Derecho a la verdad para la atención integral a víctimas del conflicto armado, de la ley 975 de 2005 al acuerdo de la Habana

In the present essay, an approach is made to the development of the internal armed conflict, going on to the concept of victim, right to the truth and how it has been implemented under the so-called law of justice and peace and then an approximation to how it was conceived the right to the truth of the victims in the Havana agreements. For the development of this essay, a bibliographic review was carried out in different indexed sources, as well as the national normative framework, which allows to clarify ideas with precision and relevance for the present text.
