Each Telecommunications and Public Services company operates according to different operating processes, they may be similar, but they will never be exactly the same. So each solution with the application is unique for each client in its final implementation, however, the principles used for each solution can be applied to different companies in various operating environments. Telecommunications companies or public services must understand how their business works and seize their processes, for this, they must be clear about how they are structured, in order to have a clear and general vision of all the company's processes. The application developed allows the telecommunications company in which it is implemented to perform these processes with greater precision, effectiveness, efficiency and quality. This paper presents some success stories of companies that have acquired and implemented the software developed with E-TOM.Item Módulo para la administración de eventos solidarios de educación continua integrado al sistema de información para el aseguramiento de la calidad SIPAC(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Ceballos Andrade, Antony; Ceballos Ayala, Ronald; Segovia de Maya, Patricia del Rosario (Directora)The development is based on the improvement of the processes at the time of proposing continuing education events, this allowing that everything that can delay and prolong its execution can be reduced both in inputs and paper, as well as time, because nowadays there must be a friendly policy with the environment and know how to take advantage of our time.
