Item La influencia del sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la norma ISO:9001:2015 En el sector salud(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Agudelo Perdomo, Andres Ricardo; Charris Gomez, Santiago; Sandoval Larrahondo, Julian Andres; Ramirez Guespu,Julian AndresThe article presented below, was given through a bibliographic review of quality management systems in the health sector, taking as reference the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and the importance of quality management systems in improving service provision Therefore, a methodology with a qualitative approach is used, through the bibliographic review of 30 database articles, where research and thesis articles are found, in addition, reports from state entities such as the Ministry are taken as a reference of Health and Super Health. Thus, in the following work, the structure and evolution of the ISO 9001 standard is intended to be analyzed in the first instance, then a historical tour of each of the quality management systems in the health services was made, starting generally from I specify it, emphasizing the accreditations achieved by health entities in Colombia, to finally make known the impact that the implementation of said norm has had in the health sector, in aspects such as customer satisfaction, improvement of practices and renewal of the certificates of the standard
