Item Clima organizacional factor clave en el desempeño laboral(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024) Vasco Pavas, Claudia Tatiana; Sanchez Caicedo, Julie Katherine; Cruzaguilar, Pedro Leon (Asesor)The organizational climate is considered an element of great relevance in current work environments, because it has implications in different areas of the company, and especially in the worker, in their behavior, performance and well-being. The main objective of this article is to establish the influence of the organizational climate on the work performance of a company's employees, in order to provide a more complete understanding of its implications in organizations. A systematic search was carried out in the Scopus and Google Scholar databases, 249 articles were identified, taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria, which focused on temporality, language, years of publication and relevance of the topic, with the above, a total of 30 articles were selected to carry out the systematic review. The findings indicate a direct relationship between climate and performance in different work contexts, such as production areas, markets and economies. Most studies used measurement instruments such as questionnaires on a Likert-type scale for both climate and performance, to measure these variables; however, some found that in Asian companies there are other factors related to the organizational structure they have. more influence.
