    Ejercicio físico en niños con trastorno del espectro autista. Revisión exploratoria de 2010–2020

    This document is a descriptive study, presenting a qualitative approach to documentary research type exploratory review. The search for articles in the different databases yielded a total of 367 documents, once the duplicates had been reviewed and the filters for titles and abstracts were applied, 213 articles remained, which were submitted to a full text filter, of which, included 24 articles that met the inclusion criteria and were evaluated with the Minors scale. Results: 17 studies met the inclusion criteria. Each of the studies reported at the end of the study a series of benefits or effects in various components; the areas in which the greatest amount of benefits were reported corresponding to the level of behavior. Therefore, it is recommended to generate clear and precise protocols that identify the minimum number of sessions that the participants must attend in order to correlate the impact of the intervention on the effects or results found together with the method, the activities implemented individually and/or group. This in order to generate a greater degree of significant contributions based on evidence, addressing components from the object of study of physiotherapy, to promote rehabilitation processes in children with autism spectrum disorders, through strategies such as physical exercise with each one of its modalities. In this way, strengthen the importance of processes guided by the physiotherapist within an interdisciplinary team, for the population of children with ASD.

    Empathy is a social skill where the professional's intention to build and remain as a frame of reference for the patient and student is demonstrated, generating a good interpersonal relationship, which is the most important thing to achieve humanized care. and focused on the needs of the individual. The teachers of the physiotherapy program must continue working towards the acquisition of this skill from professional training and working life in order to guarantee greater quality in the care processes for patients and their students.

    Empathy is defined as the ability to understand and share the emotions of others, which enables the ability to adopt the perspective of others instead of one's own. It is an essential skill that promotes healthy personal and work relationships, encourages the development of individual conscience and contributes to the promotion of a more just and serene world. Empathy plays a critical role in expressing compassion, which is the motivating force that drives us to act on the suffering of our fellow human beings.
