Item Impacto de la responsabilidad social como recurso organizacional en las empresas de Cali en el año 2018(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) López Valencia, Ray Stiven; Riascos Suarez, Darwin Leonidas; Fernández Hurtado, Saul Rick (Director)The objective of this research was to identify the impacts generated by corporate social responsibility applied as an organizational resource in companies in the city of Cali in the year 2018. The methodology used was analytical, and for the analysis of this impact it was performs a virtual survey of 100 residents of Valle del Cauca where they are asked about their perception of the impacts of Corporate Social Responsibility within the private, public sphere and the relevance that this has in their consumption habits and loyalty with companies or brands. As results, it was obtained that the working conditions of the workers and the care of the environment are still kept in the "top of mind" of the public opinion as important milestones that correspond to the Corporate Social Responsibility; which, in short, is a determinant in the image that companies reflect towards customers or the market in general. This research aims to know the impact of social responsibility at the company level and how many companies make use of this strategy.
