Item Propuesta de mejoramiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la empresa Centro de Diagnóstico Automas Ltda de la ciudad de Cali basados en el Decreto 1072 de 2015 y la Resolución 0312 de 2019(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Quintana Murillo, Juan David; Ramírez Hernández, Diego Fernando; Arana Sánchez, TeresaThe present research work focuses on the adaptation of Resolution 0312 of 2019, in which the Minimum Standards of the SG-OSH are known and must be applied by each of the companies in the country, in order to comply with the legislative order and thus avoid fines and penalties. In sectors such as automotive where the interaction of human talent with tools, materials and supplies, considerably increases the risks and dangers during the execution of the activities of workers, it is necessary to take the appropriate corrective measures to guarantee their well-being. The objective of the study is to propose an Improvement Plan for the SG-SST, based on the requirements of decree 1072 of 2015 and resolution 0312 of 2019 for the company Centro de Diagnóstico Automotriz Automas Ltda located in the city of Cali. Descriptive and exploratory study based on the design of the first two phases (Preliminary evaluation and planning) of the SG-SST, identifying the situations associated with the presence of possible accidents and diseases. Therefore, the improvement of a Management System is sought, its dissemination to all areas and postulate leaders to ensure compliance with the standard, in order to reduce occupational risks and ensure the integrity of workers. Its execution allows to obtain optimal conditions for good performance, efficiency and effectiveness through safe work, which becomes the main need to adapt these systems in the labor contexts of the country.
