This reflective article aims to analyze, from a critical and proactive perspective, the strategies that teachers can implement to address school indiscipline in eighth-grade classrooms. This issue remains a constant challenge in educational institutions, impacting the quality of teaching, classroom coexistence, and the comprehensive development of students. The paper identifies the main causes of disruptive behavior, including lack of motivation, family conditions, adolescence-related changes, unclear classroom rules, and the insufficient training of novice teachers in classroom management. Based on bibliographic review, teaching practice experiences, and contextual analysis, the article proposes various formative strategies focused on prevention, dialogue, the construction of agreed-upon rules, the use of participatory methodologies, and the development of socio-emotional skills. It also highlights the importance of institutional support for beginning teachers. The article suggests that indiscipline should not be viewed solely as a threat to teacher authority but rather as an opportunity to transform educational dynamics toward more empathetic, participatory, and respectful environments. It concludes that approaching indiscipline from a formative perspective strengthens school coexistence, fosters meaningful learning, and contributes to building more humane and inclusive educational communities.
