Therefore, it seeks to identify, collect and describe sports injury prevention programs in male field soccer players. Therefore, an exhaustive review was carried out in different bibliographic sources, on sports injury prevention programs in male field athletes, which were consulted in different databases and bibliographic sources such as Medline, SciELO, Pubmed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, Medline Plus, in such a way that 28 articles were taken into account, of these 70 studies found in the databases, only 13 were selected, because they met the requested inclusion criteria. According to the above, the implementation of prevention programs was carried out, which can be effective in reducing injury rates and increasing sports performance, which are focused on warm-up, strength, balance, proprioception, among others. others, reporting effectiveness in improving neuromuscular control, skills and sports qualities, for the reduction in the incidence of ankle and knee injuries. It is concluded that the implementation of preventive programs that enhance physical abilities and reduce the appearance of sports injuries is required. Therefore, it is important to implement prevention programs that divide the daily session into initial, central and final phases, including warm-up in the initial phase, which should not exceed 12-16 minutes. As for the central phase, objectives such as strength enhancement, postural control, balance, proprioception, coordination must be met, managing to apply these phases, not only in football but also in different sports.
