    Análisis del diseño organizacional de la empresa Mahayana, que permita la elaboración de procesos al interior de la misma

    The development of this research project seeks to optimize the way of working in Cabañas Mahayana, by designing a Process Manual and an analysis of the organizational system, which will improve the quality of service by minimizing the response time of employees to an event in particular. The first chapter reviews some essential concepts in order to understand what this project is based on, the theoretical framework gives a complete perspective of the academic material that was used as support for the study. The analysis process in this chapter was from the general to the particular being the Management and the Coordinator of Operations key fiches for this investigation. In the second chapter, detailed information about the company in which the project was carried out was compiled. This research aims to have a clear picture of how the company works before implementing the improvement proposal. The third chapter uses a tool called blueprint, which helps to understand in a graphical and didactic way the current Mahayana operation, then referring to it, optimize the areas that have contact with the client, which is key in the Investigation to make later the correction of possible errors. In the fourth chapter three proposals for improvement are discussed. The first is the creation of the Manual of functions and processes, the second the implementation of training workshops for their knowledge, the third the implementation of online marketing strategies to further encourage the positioning of the website in search engines. The fifth chapter details the standards created for the improvement of quality in Mahayana, that is, all the tasks in each area of the company are listed.

    Cambios generados en la comercialización de bienes y/o servicios a partir del Network Marketing en la ciudad de Santiago de Cali

    The objective of the monograph is to present an analysis of the changes that the incursion of the network marketing has generated in the system of commercialization of goods and services in the city of Cali. To do this, a brief description of the evolution that network marketing has had since its inception will be made, indicating the influence of each company that emerged between the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, which allowed the development of this business model as a of the most relevant industries in the commercialization of products. Also, companies that have entered Colombia with this marketing system will be exposed; and finally, the changes brought about by the incursion of network marketing as a model for the distribution of goods and services in the city of Cali will be considered.

    To given the economic reality that is today demonstrating in the country, it is necessary that universities take into account the impact that the inclusion of its graduates in the working world, this allows monitoring be done to make certain improvements and increase in the level of education and training of their students. Besides the phenomenon of globalization it generates universities encourage their formation within the invention, as this factor is one of the most important to be competitive in a world that gradually gone global That's why it is decided through this document the application of surveys which is an ideal tool to study the perceptions of graduates in terms of the training received and understands the work and academic journey that each individual experiences after obtaining the professional title it is clear that they are students of the last five years. The accreditation plays a huge amount today as universities take into account their graduates in order to meet the expectations required at the time of the race becomes intervened hear current academic standards as the Colombian system of accreditation role. This research describes some conceptual aspects of monitoring college graduates, taking into account the results obtained by the research team which can have great contributions to the institution.

    The purpose of this document was to design a management model for monitoring graduates of the Faculty of Health of the Santiago de Cali University. With a descriptive-explanatory methodology, a survey was applied to representatives of each one of the Programs of the Faculty of Health, where it was possible to demonstrate the commitment that senior management has with the management model, but also the lack of a unit responsible for the process, the lack of disclosure of information and good monitoring of the work performance of its graduates, which become bottlenecks when making decisions for the benefit of the Institution and its students. The need for joint work between the Institution and all its areas is concluded, it is not only the responsibility of the Faculty, but that support from the other sections is received, in order to make a good management of information collection and monitoring

    This monograph, born from the concern of why in Colombia being a country where MSMEs are part of the highest percentage of contribution to national economic growth, they are also part of a high mortality rate in the first five years of life. That is why it was decided to investigate, through different authors, the frequent factors that directly and indirectly impact companies in Colombia, among them, financial, innovation, public policy problems, among others, can be observed. All this in order to inform companies and they can improve their competitiveness in the national and international market.
