Item Revisión de la Metodología Scrum enfocado en el sector industrial(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Tobón Rodríguez, Juan Pablo; Moreno Fori, Duvan Javier; Valentierra Anchico, José; García Jiménez, Juan Camilo (Director)The objective of this article is to review the Scrum methodology in the industrial sector. It was found that the application of the methodology delivers optimal results in quality processes to optimize the level of utility and productivity through the analysis of business models and the redesign of competitive strategies, it is also evident in the analyzed documents a clear process for complex projects in a changing industrial market and a set of good practices, values and principles with which to work collaboratively in cross-functional and highly productive teams to achieve the best possible result of a project in short cycles. The consultation was made using search engines accessing the information that rests in google academic, repositories and research database of the Universidad Santiago de Cali, 30 sources were found related to the subject of which most articles are less than 6 years old and are in English, in conclusion the Scrum methodology emerged to solve problems in software development but every day is increasingly implemented in different organizations and execution of projects in the industrial sector such as; construction, medical device manufacturing, food, industrial design, production, the adaptability to this methodology according to the review allows to understand the methodology and to face complex and high uncertainty projects with satisfactory results for the industries that implement it.
