Item Propuesta de mejora para el servicio al cliente del restaurante leños del cauca para el periodo 2023(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024) Bolaños Imbachi, Cristian David; Mina Varela, Carlos Alberto (Asesor)The overall objective of this research was to suggest and implement improvements in customer service as a relevant aspect for the viability of the restaurant Leños Del Cauca, in this article, we investigated various failures in customer service of the services provided by Leños Del Cauca through an exploratory analysis, descriptive and deductive analysis technique as research methodology. Initially it is possible to identify problems with the quality of service, including individualized attention, speed and empathy, as a result of lack of staff training, unclear process flow, supervision and lack of adequate service practices by service personnel, then it is possible to incorporate competencies that allow them to meet customer expectations through strategies or procedures that result in a positive customer experience with the service provided. The improvement plan will be focused on enhancing customer service, with efficient and welcoming attention, as well as enhancing the speed in providing a service that is fast and timely in resolving incidents for each of Leños Del Cauca's customers
