    Fortalecimiento del modelo de retención de talento humano en una empresa de comunicaciones regional Valle del cauca.

    The retention of staff in the organization contributes to make competitive advantage the experience, commitment and knowledge in any organization. The objective of this study is to analyze the human talent retention model in a communications company in the Valle del Cauca region, in order to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to reduce employee turnover. A descriptive cross-sectional study with a mixed approach is used. The survey applied to a representative sample of employees is applied as a technique.
