Job satisfaction is the state of well-being of a person in relation to performance in the work space and its environment. The objective of this research was to determine the level of job satisfaction in nursing professionals during the COVID 19 pandemic in the city of Santiago de Cali, 2021-2022. For this purpose, a descriptive research with a quantitative approach was used, where a sample of 76 nursing professionals in the care, educational and administrative areas, who worked during the Covid-19 pandemic, were consulted. The Font Roja Job Satisfaction questionnaire designed by Aranaz and Mira in 1988 was used, in addition to inquiring about sociodemographic aspects and working conditions themselves. It was possible to identify an important level of job satisfaction among the nursing professionals who worked during the pandemic, despite some deficiencies in the working conditions as such, such as hiring and supplies, as well as the perception of fear of contagion, high work demand, which was in turn diminished by adequate interpersonal relationships with bosses and colleagues.

(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Cendales García, Leidy Tatiana; Sarmiento Vásquez, Maria Fernanda; Loaiza Buitrago, Diana Fernanda (Directora)
Cannabis is a plant known thousands of years ago to which its origin is attributed to Central Asia, although it is not known since its medicinal use began, it is estimated that it was about 6000 years ago, since then it has been used in various areas such as clothing, food and in order to treat multiple ailments, in the same way for recreational use due to its psychoactive effects. Cannabis is currently known to include three species named as: Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica and Cannabis ruderalis. There are a variety of hybrids which occur from the crossing of these species; Cannabis sativa originates from Asia and Africa, it is more commonly used for the manufacture of hemp, oils and as a psychoactive cannabis indica originated in India and Pakistan is used as a psychoactive due to its high levels of THC and finally cannabis ruderalis originated in Liberia and Siberia, this species in particular is the most used in medicine for its low THC content and high CBD content. (Russian) The opiate properties of cannabinoids allow us a broader and more integrated use in the daily life of symptoms of terminal patients such as chronic pain and poor adherence to opiate treatments in order to significantly reduce end-of-life discomfort. The body has different endocannabinoid receptors, some located in the brain, tissues, and organs, so when the cannabinoids of the plant unite with the receptors of the body, they can influence different physiological processes.
