The objective of this study is to investigate which artificial intelligence technologies are particularly effective in this context and to analyze their application in different business areas. This article provides a comprehensive review of the relevant literature and a detailed case study demonstrating the successful implementation of this approach. The integration of artificial intelligence technologies highlights the importance of understanding the evolution and adaptation of the supply chain where the main objective is the in-depth analysis of how artificial intelligence (AI) impacts supply chains, exploring its effectiveness and efficiency in the Optimization of logistics processes. Within this general approach, we have set specific goals that address various crucial aspects in the integration of AI in supply chain management. Additionally, we will dive into a critical evaluation, exploring the advantages and disadvantages of AI approaches used in supply chain management. We will analyze aspects such as adaptability, scalability and robustness of these methodologies, with the aim of offering a balanced and well-founded vision. Collectively, we seek to provide a comprehensive and thoughtful analysis of the influence of AI on supply chain management. Our goal is to provide valuable insights that can guide informed strategic decisions in this dynamic and changing business environment as it solves fundamental problems such as reducing costs, improving the quality of logistics management and reducing delivery time. The results provide valuable information to companies and professionals seeking to improve operational efficiency in complex supply chain environments. This study provides detailed and up-to-date information on the most effective AI technologies in supply chains in 2022 and 2023 and makes an important contribution to the field of logistics management.
