The purpose of this research was to analyze the changes that the INC has had since its creation until the last tax reform of the year 2018 with the financing law 1943. The work was carried out based on reviewing bibliographies of renowned authors on tax matters and documents in electronic databases. The results show that, during the last 6 years to the Tax Statute, articles and paragraphs that affect the components of the INC have been added and modified and that these changes generate positive and negative aspects in the taxpayers.Item Análisis del cambio de régimen ordinario al simple de tributación, en Colombia(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Burbano Sierra, David Alberto; Cabezas Cardona, Christian Javier; Loboa Cuenú, Giselly Victoria; Escobar Cabrera, Julio Cesar; Cardona Vanegas, BorisThe change of the Regime of the natural and legal people obliged to declare income before the DIAN (Directorate of National Taxes and Customs) and contribute to the Hacienda Pública (Public Treasury), was generated with Law 1943 of 2018 (Financing Law), presented by Congress of the Republic of Colombia. The purpose of this investigation was to analyze the change from ordinary regime to simple taxation. The work was carried out based on a review of secondary information such as; documents and articles in digital databases and official pages. The results show the description of the ordinary and simple regime, classified in taxpayers and non-taxpayers, the comparative characteristics of these regimes and two examples of the changes that the ordinary regime has had by the simple regime. In conclusion, the new Simple Regime offers great benefits in terms of taxation for taxpayers who accept it, however, there are negative comments that indicate that this regime is not well structured and requires further studies to make this mechanism work.Item Avances de la Educación ambiental en cambio climático en universidades(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024-06-05) González Bedoya, José Ricardo; Escobar Cabrera, Julio CesarUniversities play a very important role in environmental education and climate change wareness. The purpose of this paper is to analyze environmental education of climate change in universities, within some strategies that are managed worldwide are the incorporation of climate change in the curricula, not in areas of environment but also in areas such as health, engineering, social sciences, among others. We also offer courses and diplomas addressing climate change issues from different perspectives. Another strategy being developed is sustainable policies and practices. The methodology used for systematic review is the Prisma (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis), which has been adopted as a world standard for review papers. To collect the information of the proposed article, it is necessary to be guided by the method of the PRISMA Statement (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses), published in 2009 and designed to help authors of systematic reviews to transparently document the reason for the review. what was developed and what was found. In this way, it is intended to cover, in principle, the terms environmental education on climate change in universities This article reviewed literature from the last 5 years to understand in depth everything that revolves around environmental education on climate change in universities, developing a systematic review of the Wos and Scopus databases. The results show that universities can play a very important role in training leaders and professionals with a concrete understanding of the challenges and solutions in terms of climate change. The problem of climate change tends to worsen in the short and medium term, so it is necessary to join forces to address it. Dando lugar a lo que hoy se conoce como las Agendas Ambientales, las cuales fueron promovidas en Colombia por el anteriormente denominado Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, creado por la Ley 99 de 1993 y que en la actualidad es conocido como Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.Item Caracterización de la composición del sector empresarial en el municipio de Palmira, para el periodo 2013– 2016(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) González Medina, Verónica; Escobar Cabrera, Julio CesarThe objective of this work was to characterize the composition of the business sector in the municipality of Palmira, for the period 2013 - 2016. For this purpose, a descriptive research was carried out, through the analysis of historical data of the business composition of the Chamber of Commerce of Palmira and the Progresamos Foundation published in the statistical yearbooks. In the work, a comparative analysis was made of the business information of the municipality of the selected years that allowed the identification of the dynamics of the companies in recent years according to the economic sectors and subsectors. These results provide information to organizations to prepare in advance to changes and trends in the sector. The results also allow entrepreneurs to make investment decisions for new businesses in the region. In addition, they provide SMEs with a context of the sector's situation in order to take on new challenges, with competitive strategies. The municipality of Palmira in recent years has shown strong growth in different economic sectors, which has allowed it to impact the economy of the region. According to the research carried out, it is evident that microenterprises have a constant growth rate of 4% in the analysis period, with the highest participation in the market with an average of 6592 companies, which corresponds to 93%; On the other hand, the wholesale and retail trade in repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles presents a constant growth rate (4%) represented by 3003 companies corresponding to 42% of the average for the period of analysis, another activity or economic sector important is the manufacturing industry with a 12% share (890 companies) on average, however in the latter, its growth rate has been variable with some positive and negative peaks. In addition, in the study period, there are some important changes in the types of legal entities, where organizations prefer to be mainly: natural persons (78%, 5571 companies) or companies for simplified actions S.A.S. (15%, 1099 companies), so the economy of the municipality also has the contribution of imports and exports, mainly in the trade of yellow hard corn and other sugar cane or beet and chemically pure sucrose in the solid state, respectively, they are key elements to explain the phenomenon. For this, the characteristics of the biological risk and its management are described, it establishes the requirements that the legislation has established for the implementation of the biosafety protocols. At the methodological level, a bibliographic review was used, which involved consulting secondary sources, such as scientific articles, research reports and documents from official authorities. Biological risk management is more common in businesses such as health institutions, beauty centers, hairdressing and related businesses. The purpose of the work was to analyze the dynamics of the consultation of databases and library books by students of the programs of the Faculty of Education of the Santiago de Cali University (2017-2022). The focus of the study was quantitative and the analytical method, where we worked with data supplied by the direction of the Santiago Cadena Copete library, on queries in national and international bibliographic databases compiled by the Elogim platform, and loans of registered books. in the Janium platform, in addition to the statistics of the attendance to trainings carried out by the library of the students of the undergraduate and postgraduate programs of the Faculty of Education in 2017 to 2022. The results show that the library has some of the most important bibliographic databases in the world (16 international and 2 national) with free access for students and professors, however, the level of consultation of the national and international bibliographic databases was low due to students of the undergraduate and graduate programs of the Faculty of Education between 2017 and 2022. In the case of book loans in 2022 by students of undergraduate programs, it was 21.5% of a total of 1,950 students and for graduate students it was 60.5%. out of a total of 147 students. The years 2020 and 2021, which were of pandemic, there was low participation in library user training. However, at present it has been increasing gradually. Finally, to propose strategies to increase the use of library services. For this, the scopus, sciencedirect and springer databases were reviewed, using the words leadership, leadership styles and management processes leading human talent for the search, 30 articles published between 2010 and 2020 were selected, in which The leadership styles and characteristics of the leaders that propitiate the organizations to be successful in their processes were evidenced, establishing in this way, the impact that efficient leadership can have in the development of organizational processes. The purpose of this research was, To determine the level of knowledge, practices and attitudes about solid waste management, that the inhabitants of the Terrón Colorado neighborhood have, commune 1 in Santiago de Cali, motivating the culture of recycling and directly involving the local leaders, as main actors in the execution of the environmental agenda of the commune 1. For this, a review of the official websites of the four universities was carried out in addition to the official sites of the Ministry of Education such as CNA and SNIES. The results show that: The University of the Valley (Univalle) offers 6 technology programs, 5 undergraduate and one graduate, The University of the Pacific (Unipacifico) offers 3 technologies, 4 undergraduate programs and no postgraduate programs, Antonio Nariño University (UAN) offers one technology, one undergraduate and no postgraduate offer and The university corporation Minuto de Dios (Uniminuto) offers 3 technologies, 2 undergraduate and one postgraduate in the classroom and distance modalities. The main objectives of this research was to know the perception of the Paris Agreement on climate change and to argue that this is a complex phenomenon that represents one of the great challenges of the 21st century, observing its characteristics, causes and effects due to the evident change promoted by the development of the industries. For the development of this research, a documentary analysis of the subject was initially carried out and a survey was subsequently made to students of the Faculty. The results of each one of the objectives show the historical evolution of the international agreements that have occurred up to the date of the climatic change, the fulfillment of these commitments by Colombia, besides knowing the opinion of the students of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration of the Santiago de Cali University, and with it, a formulation of proposals for improvement. Neuro-linguistic programming NLP tries to better understand personal improvement, seeking to achieve that each person connects with their internal strength to solve any concern or face any situation, since the investigations that work the human mind have generated this technique that allows to project positively and thus focus in a better way on the objectives. The purpose of this research was to determine the perception of neurolinguistic programming of marketing students from the Santiago de Cali University. This work was initially carried out with secondary information from the review of documents in electronic databases, in addition, the marketing students who were surveyed were the primary source. The results show that NLP is one of the tools that help us to better organize and use our skills and abilities, to increase relationships with others. Almost 50% of the students surveyed consider that neurolinguistics is an empirical technique, which is derived from neuroscience. The surveyed students had knowledge about NLP and the role of neurolinguistic programming and finally the strategies proposed to strengthen knowledge about neurolinguistic programming in students of the faculty are: Didactic workshop, Conference on tools and uses of neurolinguistic programming applied to sales and business closing, virtual extracurricular course of foundations of neurolinguistic programming and Diploma in strategic coaching to organize qualities in positions. These documents allowed finding and confirming information about the negative aspects that arise. of psychosocial risks and stress, affecting the worker in their quality of life and in the organizational sphere of companies, allowing to broaden the knowledge on this problem, it was also found that different authors have explained how to mitigate this type of risk and how These have manifested themselves in a work environment.
