Item Plan estratégico de la empresa dulcelandia desayunos. Periodo: 2024- 2028(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Velasco Rodriguez, Tatiana; Echeverri Hoyos, Katherine; Garcia Londoño, Mayra Alejandra; León Cruz, Pedro (Director)This research is a strategic medium-term plan for the company Dulcelandia Breakfasts, which can be called micro or small business (Mypime), which has as economic activity the offering of food products and services known as surprise breakfasts, which are intended as special meals. The relevance of the work lies in the approach of business, marketing, and production strategies, in conjunction with the production of employment, facing the challenges following the reactivation and opening of the economy after the restrictions and mitigation measures during the covid-19 pandemic. The research has a mixed approach, being descriptive, where an internal and external analysis of the company is sought through the use of DOFA Matrix and Balanced Scorecard (Balanced Scorecard), which establishes the route of strategies to be proposed, that are in line with the business vision of centralizing business and diversifying products and services, as objectives to be achieved between 2024-2028.
