    El talento humano y beneficios en el desarrollo sostenible de las organizaciones

    The general objective of this article is to describe the importance of human talent, and the benefits in the sustainable development of organizations, for this reason the processes and/or activities of human talent that are developed in companies will be identified and the importance of human talent will be determined. human talent in their sustainability, through a bibliographic review of academic literature. According to different authors and articles, organizations or companies currently have a great opportunity to be self-sustainable, with which they would have enormous benefits since they would achieve good economic growth, but good economic growth does not depend only on sustainability, but also of having an excellent human talent in the organizations. Human talent is a very important factor today and is one of the most relevant for an organization to be successful, since this area is responsible for achieving all the objectives that an organization proposes, therefore an ideal worker is needed to each job, good motivation, a good work environment, among other things. As a main result, it was obtained that human talent contributes to business development because it allows aligning the values of the organization with the capabilities of the employees. It is concluded that human talent and its management are essential for the development of any company, likewise, it is shown that companies seek to promote the development of their employees, since this allows them to focus on the objectives of the corporation, which in currently seek to meet the objectives of sustainable development.

    Impacto del estrés laboral en el desempeño de las personas en las pymes de colombia 2020-2021 desde una perspectiva teórica

    This document maintained the intention of diagnosing the impact of work stress on the performance of people in SMEs in Colombia 2020-2021, seeking to detect the triggers of stress and how they directly or indirectly affect the well-being of workers. This document also seeks to interpret the changes that professional stress has on the job and social satisfaction in the lives of employees. The document review tool was available to gather the information through secondary bases, being of great help to structure the document. This information was acquired from data from repositories, books and articles from digital magazines, in addition to consulting public and private websites. A descriptive study method was used since it is based on observation and perception of information. The results showed that professional stress has an impact on the responsibilities carried out by the worker, negatively affecting his performance in the organization, producing other pathologies and the economic performance of the company. For this, a follow-up is carried out knowing the symptoms and analyzing the situation of the company, distinguishing the possible cases and taking the measures to mitigate the risk. In conclusion, when determining the impact of work stress, it was observed that there is an intermediate point of stress suffered by workers produced by various pressures, affecting performance, the achievement of goals and consequently the productivity of the organization.

    La negociación colectiva en las organizaciones desde una perspectiva teórica

    The administrative management of organizational conflicts in the recent history of Colombia has resulted in a bleak outlook for most Colombian workers, since they have been violated by internal problems in their companies established for their development, international business and the delivery of benefits to certain actors who are political influencers in their region. Having the effect of protests, demonstrations and violence within the organizations. With the objective of describing the role of collective bargaining in organizations from a theoretical perspective, a documentary review was carried out which allowed knowing the scope of collective bargaining within organizations, highlighting that in the results obtained, this type of resolution of conflicts is a very useful tool for dealing with coexistence in organizations.

    Plan de fortalecimiento para el clima organizacional de la fundación ICOMSALUD IPS en el periodo 2022 - 2024 a partir del análisis comparativo de los periodos 2021 y 2022

    This degree project addresses the most relevant aspects of the organizational climate of the Foundation ICOMSALUD IPS, based on the two diagnostic studies carried out in 2021 and 2022. The above is carried out with the aim of identifying the best and worst dimensions evaluated by the workers of the institution and design strategies that allow maintaining a favorable perception of the dimensions that affect the productivity and satisfaction of the workers. This document is based on descriptive research with a qualitative approach and the use of quantitative data, which starts from the analysis of organizational climate dimensions, where the description of perceptions is achieved in two different periods that are mediated by the design and execution of different strategies from the most important components identified for the institution, these components are training, well-being, compensation, and evaluation.
