Having the effect of protests, demonstrations and violence within the organizations. With the objective of describing the role of collective bargaining in organizations from a theoretical perspective, a documentary review was carried out which allowed knowing the scope of collective bargaining within organizations, highlighting that in the results obtained, this type of resolution of conflicts is a very useful tool for dealing with coexistence in organizations.Item Plan de fortalecimiento para el clima organizacional de la fundación ICOMSALUD IPS en el periodo 2022 - 2024 a partir del análisis comparativo de los periodos 2021 y 2022(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Herrera Popo, Lizeth; Duque Ceballos, Jose Luis (Director)This degree project addresses the most relevant aspects of the organizational climate of the Foundation ICOMSALUD IPS, based on the two diagnostic studies carried out in 2021 and 2022. The above is carried out with the aim of identifying the best and worst dimensions evaluated by the workers of the institution and design strategies that allow maintaining a favorable perception of the dimensions that affect the productivity and satisfaction of the workers. This document is based on descriptive research with a qualitative approach and the use of quantitative data, which starts from the analysis of organizational climate dimensions, where the description of perceptions is achieved in two different periods that are mediated by the design and execution of different strategies from the most important components identified for the institution, these components are training, well-being, compensation, and evaluation.
