    To given the economic reality that is today demonstrating in the country, it is necessary that universities take into account the impact that the inclusion of its graduates in the working world, this allows monitoring be done to make certain improvements and increase in the level of education and training of their students. Besides the phenomenon of globalization it generates universities encourage their formation within the invention, as this factor is one of the most important to be competitive in a world that gradually gone global That's why it is decided through this document the application of surveys which is an ideal tool to study the perceptions of graduates in terms of the training received and understands the work and academic journey that each individual experiences after obtaining the professional title it is clear that they are students of the last five years. The accreditation plays a huge amount today as universities take into account their graduates in order to meet the expectations required at the time of the race becomes intervened hear current academic standards as the Colombian system of accreditation role. This research describes some conceptual aspects of monitoring college graduates, taking into account the results obtained by the research team which can have great contributions to the institution.

In view of its action, a comprehensive and transversal strategy has been created through the areas of: Health, Sport, Culture, Promotion and Human Development to consolidate aspects of the Being, generating an environment of Good Being, Good Doing and Good Living, to students (Technician, Technologists, Undergraduate, Postgraduate), teachers, graduates and administrative staff. Action that has been affected by the low participation in the activities, especially by the students of Specializations and Masters.

    Diseño de un plan de marketing para una empresas de productos químicos industriales

    The present work aims at the elaboration of a marketing model for a company dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of industrial chemical products in the department of Valle del Cauca. This begins by identifying the theoretical postulates of Igor Ansoff, Michael Porter and Philip Kotler within the Framework of Reference, as well as the context of the organization and the applicable Colombian legal framework. Subsequently, the development of surveys and interviews that become the inputs to identify the profile of consumers, the type of communication to be used and finally define the appropriate marketing strategy. The conclusions presented serve to contextualize and define the North of the company as to how to implement the Mix of communications, who are the buyers, how they think, in what criteria they base their purchases and what elements of the Mix of markenting must implement to achieve recognition and growth. The recommendations are basically directed to the steps and priorities that can be related to achieving the objectives, all based and argued in the three variables where the work is developed.

    Estrategias innovadoras para el fortalecimiento de la cultura organizacional de la Fundación Académica de Dibujo Profesional

    The organizational culture of a company refers to its identity, characteristics, philosophy and aspects that are differentiating factors in the market and that can be constituted as secrets for success. This research, taking into account the previous premise, identifies the cultural characteristics present in the Professional Drawing Academy Foundation (FADP) through the model proposed by Cameron and Quinn (1999) called Competing Values Framework (CVF) and the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). In this study, four types of culture are evaluated; Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchical raised by Cameron and Quinn (1999) based on six dimensions of culture such as dominant characteristics, leadership, management of employees, union of the organization, strategic emphasis and success criteria. Initially, an investigation is carried out on the different definitions of culture and the different models of study of the same set forth by diverse authors. Then, with the model of Cameron and Quinn (1999) the surveys are carried out on the administrative and teaching staff of the Professional Drawing Academy Foundation (FADP) to then analyze the results and finalize the various intervention strategies for strengthening the culture, which are characterized by being innovative, practical and for generating impact on the appropriation of all aspects of the philosophy of this great institution

    Influencia de la inteligencia emocional en el desempeño comercial de los empleados de las oficinas de servicio de la sucursal Valle del Cauca, del Banco Davivienda durante el año 2018

    In the present work, a review and reflection on the influence of Emotional Intelligence on labor performance by the commercial employees of Banco Davivienda in the regional Valle y Cauca is made. An explanatory research was carried out through surveys on both social and personal skills, to identify the level of EI, given the number of variables a factorial analysis of the components is done to obtain more simplified categories and thus be able to relate them to job performance of the respondents, information that was obtained through a questionnaire that included the total of the 33 functions that must be executed due to their position in the Bank. To obtain the relationship between the two variables, EI and Work Performance, using linear regression, it is finally concluded that during the process of interaction with clients and peers there are endless emotional manifestations that impact on the final result evaluated.

    The present research work measurement of the climate work in the institution lender of health (IPS) Montebello left the question what the working environment at the institution, health provider (IPS) Montebello, measured by an index? And had as objective to build an index that allows the management of talent human of the institution lender of health (IPS) Montebello, measure the work climate through an index. The development of research is qualitative, quantitative and descriptive, since he measured, assessed, and will analyze conditions of working environment of 30 officials of the Montebello IPS. The instrument used was measured six (6) factors through 30 questions that evaluated the work climate. The factors were: motivation, objectives and goals, communication, leadership, productivity and results management of human capital Working environment measurement results, showed that factors are met in high grade which explains the average score of 4.1 measurement index.

El documentocuenta con una revisión teórica, la descripción de los componentes de esta política pública, el trabajo realizado por la Gobernación del Valle del Cauca para la implementación de la misma en el periodo 2012-2016, y finalmente se presenta un plan de acción, sus resultados, recomendaciones y conclusiones, todo esto en aras de que pueda ser adoptado por el Departamento para una implementación efectiva de esta política pública LGBTI en elValle del Cauca.

    The present research for degree is made as a base of quality management information system of the University of Santiago de Cali, making an analysis of the perception of the academic management users of the process, particularly in the academic secretaries of the seven faculties. It is done by establishing which are the aspects to strengthen in the service provision and for it a research of the descriptive type was made. Considering this a diagnosis was made of the aspects to be improved and strengthened that affect the perception of users and therefore their level of satisfaction with respect to the provision of the service. With the result obtained, applying the Albrecht and Zemke model, seeking improvement in the provision of the service and consequently the increase in the level of satisfaction of the users of the process, is proposed as a strategy.
