Item Percepción de los estudiantes de enfermería del modelo de bienestar universitario de una institución privada de educación superior en el año 2019.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Castro Rengifo, Estefania; Rosero Lozada, Nicole Celine; Vergara Duque, Nicolas; Bedoya Sandoval, Juan Fernando (Asesor)The purpose of the research was to determine the perception of nursing stu-dents of the university welfare model of a private higher education institution in 2019. The study was quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional and non-experimental. The unit of analysis were the students of the nursing program who are between the third and tenth semester. The sample, consisting of 168 students, was probabilistic through simple random sampling. The results showed that if there is socialization of the programs offered by university wel-fare but the students, due to schedule issues, they participate little of them, es-pecially of the sports groups. It was concluded that despite the low participation, the welfare area has a good image in nursing students.
