Item Estrategias de mejoramiento de la calidad de vida laboral en una mueblería de Palmira – Valle del Cauca(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Mesa Guerra, Astrid Carolina; Gustín Lozada, Leidy Vanessa; Bravo Melo, Nathaly; Ortega Castañeda, Luz Aleidy (Directora)This quantitative study was conducted to design strategies for improving the quality of work life at a furniture factory in Palmira, Valle del Cauca. The CVT-GOHISALO instrument was applied to 30 employees, revealing a 65% satisfaction level. The results indicate shortcomings in key areas such as unclear roles and procedures, a lack of strategic direction, the absence of an employee handbook and training processes, and poor internal communication. Based on these findings, specific strategies were proposed for management to strengthen its commitment to human talent and enhance employee well-being.
