Item Factores psicosociales intralaborales y motivación extrínseca en los trabajadores del área administrativa de una IPS.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Arenas Victoria, Valentina; Jiménez Palomino, María Gabriela; Ramírez Bedoya, Linda Vanessa; Martínez Espinosa, Olga Marcela (Directora)This research aimed to determine the intralabor psychosocial risk factors and extrinsic motivation affecting administrative workers in an IPS (Health Service Provider), considering them key factors for their productivity, satisfaction, and performance. The study utilized a mixed-methods approach with a descriptive, documentary-field, and correlational design. The Colombian Ministry of Social Protection's intralabor psychosocial risk battery and the CMT work motivation questionnaire were applied to a population of 21 workers. The results were mixed: in Form A (managers and professionals), 82% showed "no risk" which is favorable. However, in Form B (assistants and operators), 30% were found to be at "high risk" and "very high risk" levels. Finally, the extrinsic motivation factors that most significantly influence the workers' professional lives are salary remuneration, promotion, and the work group.
