Item Reducción de los costos de no calidad en una empresa de manufactura de muebles de oficina bajo la metodología Lean Six Sigma(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Giraldo Pasaje, Julián Andrés; Ríos Bustamante, John Helman; Guerrero Moreno, David RodrigoThe purpose of this project is to seek the reduction of non-quality costs in an office furniture manufacturing company using the Lean Six Sigma methodology, throughout the development of the case study will focus on the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure , Analyze, Improve and Control). The application of the tools specified in the DMAIC methodology is carried out which, in defining, is the voice of the client (VOC), which is the starting point for the development of the methodology, as the immersion is carried out in this case The application will show specific tools such as quality-based deployment, QFD for its acronym in English Quality Function Deployment, the data collection plan is defined, in order to perform normality tests, capacity analysis and graphs of control, for the analyze stage the Pareto diagram is used, and through it the cause analysis tools are executed (Fishbone and 5 why), after performing the improve stage, stage in which tools are applied of solution selection, Failure modes and FMAE effects analysis by its acronym in English Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, cost benefit analysis to be able to select To narrate the order of implementation of the selected solutions, and finally in the control stage, the implementation of the improvements is monitored, and consolidation of the savings achieved totaling $ 391 Million over a period of one year.
